| Edge Protector Boards |
|
V-Board and V-Guard
are uniquely designed products made entirely of paperboard. Specifically designed machines
laminate various thickness of this board to a consistent V configuration. V-Board and
V-Guard are available in calipers from .090 to .500, can be cut to lengths from
2-1/2" to over 16 feet in increments of 1/8". V-Board can be custom printed with
your name, logo or message. Caution board stripes call attention to the fact that your
product needs to be handled with the caution that the board stands for. Caution board can
be nailed, glued, taped, stitched, stapled, strapped, bolted or simply tied to any
surface.

Added Internal Strength
V-Board should be used as an internal reinforcing agent. When it’s not practical to
use a stronger and a more costly carton, V-Board, glued or stapled to the inside corners
of your present carton, provides extra strength and stackability.

Roll Stock
Paper–all types, Plastic film, Coils stock, Wire cloth and cable, Pails-steel, fibre

Stretch Film Users
V-Board has been used to eliminate cartons on pallet loads going through a shrink tunnel
or stretch device. Loads such as printed materials or unit packaged pallets or varied
products. V-Board gives the load stability, uniform sizing and insures stackability.

Plywood and Lumber
Full 8-foot lengths of V-BOARD protect the entire top and bottom edge of a load of
plywood, veneer or lumber. As you can see from the illustration, the wooden
"stickers" that serve as separators for each load can be stapled or nailed to
V-BOARD creating a V-BOARD pallet that has versatility as your individual needs dictate.
