Highly transparent film tape designed for label protection. Low static, easy handling and dispensing. Electronic scanning can be accomplished through the low glare surface. Correction may be made directly onto backing with No. 2 pencils, ball point, many marking pens and some stamp pad inks, making this system acceptable for label covering by the U.S. Postal Service. Quality adhesive permits adhesion to a variety of surfaces. Offers abrasion and moisture protection. Excellent for consistent scanability of bar codes.

Black-and-White and Black-and-Yellow are specifically intended to mark obstructions, low hanging objects, aisles and any potentially hazardous areas or objects. 

3M 48 Pipe Thread Sealant — A milky-white unfused plastic film made of DuPont TFE fluorocarbon resin. Chemically inert, conformable, stable through temperature range of — 450oF to 500oF.; film will fuse at 700oF. Can be qualified to meet MIL-T-27730A (without dispenser). Also approved for use on high pressure oxygen lines. *No. 48 construction principally used as pipe thread sealant, No. 48D meets dispenser box requirement.

A .005" thick high performance film with high tack adhesive. Excellent adhesion to most plastics including polyethylene. Applications include bonding fabric to window blinds and office panels, attaching vinyl or rubber gaskets and sealing pipe insulation.

A 2 mil thick economy industrial grade with excellent adhesion and good shear holding power.
